SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Shipping Policy
All products are on hand and typically shipped within 1-2 business day, excluding custom items. Tracking numbers are received by email within 24 hours.
We offer shipping through USPS including first class, priority mail, and express delivery.
Custom items have a production period of approximately 2-3 weeks. Once completed in production you will receive an email providing you with tracking information.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address which you've provided. Please be sure to check junk mail if needed. If you have not received the confirmation email within 24 - 48 hours, please submit a contact form, including your order number.
Order Not Received
If you have NOT received your order within 7 business days of shipment, please submit a contact form including your order number and any helpful information. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
Cancellations
Orders are processed as soon as possible. As a result, we are often unable to cancel orders once they've been submitted. Custom items are not eligible for cancellation, no exceptions.
Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any items.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags still attached, and in the original packaging.
To start a return please fill out a Return Form.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Vivid Fashion is not responsible for damage caused during shipment.
Vivid Fashion is not liable for return packages that become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep all proof of postage and tracking information for returns.
Custom items are nonrefundable, no exceptions.
All on sale items are final.
Keep in mind, you are responsible for checking size charts prior to purchases to ensure appropriate fitting. Each product has a specific size chart included in the description. Vivid Fashion is not responsible for an order of improper size, such items may not be refundable.
You may return items for:
1. full store credit
2. payment back to the original method of payment
(Shipping and transaction fees are not subject to refund.)
3. exchange for a product of equal value
